Sector strategies:

Refugee and host populations are equipped to access livelihood opportunities that help to reduce dependency on external assistance.

  • Develop skills training and income generation activities that lead to future employment and household support opportunities.

  • Through the LWG, strengthen collaboration and relationship among stakeholders on the development of equitable access and participation of most vulnerable groups.

  • Strengthen the networking and management of livelihood projects with displaced people and local Thai communities.

  • Increase market knowledge in order to tailor livelihood activities to the skills, employment and production demands and opportunities inside Burma/Myanmar.
